Production
Raw materials procured and precisely machined to specifications. Quality control measures taken.

Transportation
We deliver within a 50 mile radius of 83814 on projects valued over $10K. Rate is $5 per mile. **Note: Forklift and unload help on-site must be present. Doors will be loaded into a central location only**

TERMS OF SALE
All estimates, takeoffs, and material breakdowns are provided as a courtesy based on the information available at the time. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to review and confirm that all details, quantities, and interpretations align with their project requirements. 1st Choice Millworks is not liable for errors or omissions in these documents once approved.
All quoted delivery timelines are estimates and subject to change due raw material availability, supplier schedules, and production capacity. We strive to meet projected timeframes, but delays can occur. We encourage open communication to coordinate expectations.
If a down payment is required, the production timeline will not begin until the payment has cleared our bank. Orders paid by credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee, which will be added to the final invoice.
All order will include Idaho sales tax unless a valid reseller permit is provided and on file at the time of order placement.
Risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery and sign-off, regardless of who arranges or performs the delivery. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure materials are secured and stored appropriately after receipt.
When unit quantities of material are delivered (e.g. full lifts of lumber, doors, or panels) the purchaser is required to have mechanical unloading equipment on-site such as a forklift or skid steer with forks. We do not hand-unload full units.
1st Choice Millworks is not liable for any delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of God, labor shortages, supplier delays, transportation disruptions, or extreme weather events.
